About IP message

History
The idea of this site was born in 2007. I always want to send a message to someone behind a particular IP.
And because it's possible, it's nice to create it. It has no purpose, except trying to contact someone behind an IP address.
Maybe the guy who hacked you? Or that freak on your website stats who has only left it's IP address. Send a message to his IP and one day he or she will picked it up from this website.
All the 4.228.250.625 IP combinations can pick up there own messages. Wont have to login or whatever. Hope you enjoy using it.

A great succes
After the launch I've didn't check the site for a few months. During regular maintenance I suddenly saw a 100k plus records in the database. Must be a spambot I thought, but it turned out to be real messages. Pretty cool, so i decided to keep the site running and let have people fun by using it.
