The idea of this site was born a few time ago. I always want to send a message to someone behind a particular IP.
And because it's possible, it's nice to create it :). It has no purpose, except try to contact someone behind an IP address.
Maybe the guy who hacked you? Or that freak on your website stats who has only left it's IP address. Send a message to his IP and one day he or she will picked it up from this website :).
All the 4.228.250.625 IP combinations can pick up there own messages. Wont have to login or whatever. So.. enjoy ;).
